Project 365 Update and More

I can't believe how it feels to not have internet. It's crazy! I never knew how much I depended on the internet and all of my wonderful online friends until I couldn't keep up with them every day. I'm so glad that I am connected again.

Yes, I have been keeping up with my Project 365. Since I am so far behind on posting them, I will just post a few of my favorites from Day 9 until Day 30.

Moving has been stressful, but we are almost done. We aren't doing anything this week except maybe Wednesday. I am concentrating on studying for my test. I am so ready to get it over with.

M is doing okay. He's ready to come home I think. My Donut of Misery is looking more and more happy! I will around more often since we now have internet. I hope you all have a great Sunday and a great week!

Quick Update

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am alive! I know it's been a while, but I will be back shortly. I am trying to help my dad move, reconnect to the internet, paint, study for a test, and keep up with my husband. I am super busy, but I am still doing my Project 365. I hope everyone is well and I will catch up with everyone soon!

Project 365: Days 1-8

I don't want to be expected to post everyday, so I figure I will post my Project 365 pictures on Saturdays. Here are Days 1-8 of my project. Enjoy!

Day 1: Me

Day 2: Shadow in his favorite spot! We are going to have to steal the pillow from my daddy!

Day 3: Tank on the bed that I got for Shadow. He stole from the kitty! M is very proud of Tank.

Day 5: Painting the house... UGH!

Day 7: WOO HOO!!! I can get my hair in a bun again. That's my favorite 'down time' hairstyle.

Day 8: Lunch with Renee @ Waiting to Exhale and fellow milspouse Mindy. We should do it again soon!!

Day 4: Tank in his favorite spot. He sleeps in the closet because it's like his kennel. He loves it!

Day 6: Last time taking Tank out for the night. My flip flops and furry shoes right beside each other. Yeah... that just happened! I sent M a picture. He laughed and called me a dork! 

I know the pictures aren't in order. Sorry, I didn't feel like changing them around.

I had a great lunch with Mindy, Renee and Renee's daughter in law, Johanna. Thanks for taking the picture, Johanna. We will have to get together soon and take Mindy's suggestion of it being at night time. Wine, anyone?

First blog of the New Year

WELCOME 2011!!!

I can officially say that my husband will be home this year. As of right now, we have date ranges, but that's subject to change at any given time. There is no way I'm putting any sort of faith in the 'rumored' dates that I've heard floating around. I think I will believe it when M sends me a picture of him on a plane to come home. I'm getting excited just thinking about it.

I recently heard about a giveaway hosted by Kelsey over at Home Is Where The Heart Is. She is doing a giveaway on a book called "You Know When The Men Are Gone" By Siobhan Fallon. It sounds like a really interesting book, and if I don't win... I will probably still buy it! So go check it out!

I'm also doing a Project 365. It's going to be a picture taken every day of this year. I've done good for the first 6 days!! I may post once a week, or maybe not at all about it. Who knows? I haven't figured it out yet. I will let you know when I do.
