WOW, I can't even believe that I just typed that sentence. It literally seems like just a week ago I was writing the post about being two months down and here I am now writing about three. A lot has went on during the last month. Most of the stuff that has went on, I've already talked about. What I haven't talked about, I'm still not talking about. I'm going to focus on positive things for this post, though!

Oh, and I wanted to say thank you to everyone who left comments on my last post. I am looking into starting the couch to 5k next Monday. I will be posting about my progress. I only had one coke yesterday. It was a generic Diet Sprite. I had 68 ounces of water. I'm not going to lie... a few times I thought I was going to float away! I don't know how I am suppose to drink 80 ounces of water a day. But, I'm going to drink all of the water I can stand!

I have worked out every day this week, and after I finish the post I am going to work out. Today, I am going to do Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones. It's hard, but I do feel better once I have worked out for the day. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about running and working out. Maybe I will work out in the morning, and do the running around 1900 or so. It's still light out, but it's not as HOT as it is during the day.

I can't believe in seven short days we will be in triple digits of this deployment! I'm grateful for everyone in the blogging world. It has made this deployment easier. Thanks!

And a picture!

My sweet nephew born on 6-8-10! What a great birthday!!

Congrats on making it through the "first phase". The next big milestone is "half-way" when it becomes a count down instead of a count up. Keep trucking!

Yay for 3 months down! Sounds like you are doing great dealing with the deployment. I think you'll enjoy Couch to 5K. I'm not a runner and I like pushing myself with the program to see how much I can improve.
