I can't believe it... Two post in two days!! It has to be a record for me. Ok, I know I did it when I first started the blog, but things have gotten crazy!

Anyway, this morning I slept in and didn't get a workout in. Yes, it's that time of the month. I'm pretty sure both of my ovaries fell out today, but I digress. I felt terrible, but it's better now. So tonight, we did a walk/run thing. As you all know, I've wanted to start running/jogging. This is introducing me up to just plain running. We started last night, and we did the same thing tonight. We walked for 5 minutes then jogged for 1 minute and repeated that 3 times. We have a program that we are going to follow, but today was suppose to be a rest day. Since I didn't get any Jillian quality time in this morning, we did a quick walk/run tonight. It's still a good workout for the day. Tomorrow, everything will be back on track!

On a side note, I have hurt the inside of my leg between my calf and ankle. If anyone has a good stretch for that, please leave a comment! My leg and I will be forever grateful!!

Good for you for starting running! :D I'm a notoriously horrible about stretching so I'm not sure I have much to suggest though! :(
